Sascha Brasoff

Sascha Brastoff made decorative accessories, ceramics, enamels on copper, and plastics of his own design. His work is favored by collectors of mid century modern. He headed a factory, Sascha Brastoff of California, Inc., in West Los Angeles, from 1953 until about 1973. He died in 1993. Pieces signed with the signature Sascha Brastoff were his work and are the most expensive. Other pieces marked Sascha B. or with a stamped mark were made by others in his company. The photo above is a piece we've recently acquired and will be available through our new store Retro Modern Gallery. We are still currently stocking the virtual "shelves" at this time so check back soon! We have a lot of great retro and mid century modern pottery and ceramic pieces that are not available in our other stores! http://retromoderngallery.mybisi.com/
