♦ We always ship by the next business day, sometimes even the same day when possible! ♦We charge a low $1 handling fee on fragile items only. ♦We do a professional packing job! (just read our feedback!) And we use a lot of packing materials. SHIPPING POLICY We want to offer you the lowest cost shipping along with our professional quality packing! SMALLER ITEMS To save you more money, we ship U.S.P.S. First Class on any item under 13 ounces(Domestic) and under 4 pounds(International). AVERAGE SIZE ITEMS On most items we use U.S.P.S. Priority. It's both inexpensive and fast(usually 2-4 days). LARGER ITEMS For larger items (items that weigh more than 5 pounds and needing a box larger than 12 x 12 x 10) we use U.S.P.S Parcel Post(2-9 days) VERY LARGE/OVERSIZE ITEMS For very large/oversize items such as floor lamps or chairs, we've found it more economical to use UPS. INSURANCE Insurance is optional. However, we strongly encourage you to purchase insurance on fragile/breakable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. OPTIONS Of course U.S.P.S. Express is always available. And as always, if you have a different shipping method you prefer, please let us know! We are more than happy to oblige!
